What will work for you?

It is not always easy to find a therapist that is right you. You may know exactly what you need or you may have no idea what will help. Wherever you are, an initial consultation, for which there is no charge, is a time for both of us to determine if working together will be helpful to you.

Services I provide:

Consultation: a session in which clients share their current concerns and have the opportunity to ask questions and determine if working together makes sense.

Assessment: a formal evaluation with a written report that has a diagnosis and treatment recommendations. An assessment may take several sessions.

Individual, Couples & Family therapy: sessions are scheduled at a frequency that works for each client, couple or family.

Group therapy: for some clients, problems are best addressed in a setting where the input and support of others can be a part of the treatment process.

Payment information:

I accept MC, Visa, Discover, Amex, cash, and check. Payment plans are available. I am committed to making therapy affordable regardless of access to insurance. There is no charge for the initial consultation.

Insurance Companies:

Many insurance companies offer out of network benefits. If I am not credentialed with your provider, make sure to check with them to see what options are available.
